Briar Chemicals is fully committed to compliance with REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and restriction of Chemicals).

The REACH regulations seek to provide a high level of protection for human health and the environment from the use of chemicals manufactured in or imported into Europe.

Having already successfully completed the registration of a number of substances, preparations are well advanced for the final phase-in date of May 2018 (which relates to the registration of substances in the 1 to 100 tonne per year band).

Briar Chemicals has in-house expertise, enabling us to work with customers and suppliers to ensure that REACH registrations are progressed in a timely manner, ensuring that supply will not be interrupted.
